Auto delivery is an automated program where you can get your pet’s essentials delivered at your door as per your schedule. It is the easiest way where you can select your product, schedule the shipment and relax to get your order on time without the need to purchase them every time you want it.

When will you bill for my auto order?

You will only be billed when your order is shipped. We will send you an email 7 days prior to your order be shipped, informing you that your shipment is being ready to process. In case of any changes, you can contact us immediately.

Can I change or update my auto delivery details online?

Yes! You can change or update your auto delivery details including the order or the shipping address any time before it is shipped.

How do I cancel my auto delivery?

If you have decided to cancel your auto delivery, you can cancel it any time online 24 hours a day by login to your account. You can even call our customer care executive to help you cancel your auto delivery. However, if your order is under “Process/Dispensed” you will not be able to cancel. In this case, you can call our customer service to stop the order.
