Payments

For hassle-free shopping and complete peace of mind, we offer various payment options including Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard) and Manual EFT.

Pay via Credit Card

We currently accept VISA & MASTER Cards.

When you select to pay via credit card, you will be taken to our payment processing partner (FNB - www.fnb.co.za), where you can securely make a credit card payment. All credit card transactions are secured by 256 bit encrypted Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2).

If, for some reason, your credit card is rejected, we would request you to try another card or change your mode of payment or arrange for an EFT. (EFT details are listed below.)

Once the payment has been verified your order will be processed and you will be redirected to Budget Pet Supplies.

EFT

If you prefer to pay through EFT, you would be required to make an EFT payment through your bank’s website before your order is processed. You can even deposit money in our bank account or pay via cheque.

Below is our banking detail, which is also listed on our checkout page.

Our Banking Details:

Once you place the order, we request you to transfer funds to the above account. We will process the order once the funds have been received in our bank account. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in our account.

How 'Pay by EFT' Works:

• After adding product into your cart, on Checkout/Place order page, please select your mode of payment as EFT.
• Once you select Pay by EFT (Bank Transfer), our banking details are displayed.
• Take down the details of our bank provided for payment through your bank’s website.
• Now, click ‘Place Order’ button.
• Pay through cheque deposit or fund transfer.

The proof of payment, with your order number as reference, has to be emailed to us immediately. Once the funds have been reflected in our bank account, we will process your order.
