Efazol Plus for Dogs

• Use only as directed.
• Shake well before use.
• Apply the measured dose using the pump onto the food once daily according to the following dose rates.
• 1 pump = 2 ml
• After 6 weeks of treatment, dose may be reduced to half.
• During the flare ups or high risk periods dose may be increased back up to full dose.

Initial dose for 6 weeks

• Less than 5 kg – 1 pump (2 ml)
• 6 – 11 kg – 2 pumps (4 ml)
• 12 – 17 kg – 3 pumps (6 ml)
• 18 – 23 kg – 4 pumps (8 ml)
• 24 – 35 kg – 6 pumps (12 ml)
• Above 35 kg – 8 pumps (16 ml)

Long Term Dose

• Less than 5 kg – 1/2 pump (1 ml)
• 6 – 11 kg – 1 pump (2 ml)
• 12 – 17 kg – 1 ½ pumps (3 ml)
• 18 – 23 kg – 2 pumps (4 ml)
• 24 – 35 kg – 3 pumps (6 ml)
• Above 35 kg – 4 pumps (8 ml)
